  1. First Class degree in B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering OR B.Arch. 
  2. M.E. / M.Tech. in Construction Engineering / Technology / Management
  3. Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. 

Age Limit : NIL

Selection Process : Interview.

Pay Scale : 35000/- and Higher pay of 42000/- will be given for Ph.D
