Qualification and Experience :-

• M.E./B.E./DFT/SFT/PGDFTM/Equivalent Degree with specialization in Footwear Production and exposure in Polymer Science and Sports Shoe Technology with relevant experience.
• PG Diploma / Master Degree
• MBA
• 8th Pass
• M.Tech/M.Sc

3. Assistant Engineer (Civil) - Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized university/ Institute

Experience:- 

1. Manager (Engineering) - 7 (Seven) years experience in the relevant field will be preferred. 
2. Assistant Manager (Engineering) - 3 (Three) years experience in the relevant field will be preferred. Candidates with higher GATE score will get weightage. 
3. Assistant Engineer (Civil) - 5 (Five) years experience in the relevant field will be preferred. 

Age Limit :-

1. Manager (Engineering) - Below 45 years 
2. Assistant Manager (Engineering) - UR – 37 years, BC/EBC – 40 years, SC/ST/BC-W – 42 years
3. Assistant Engineer (Civil) - UR – 37 years, BC/EBC – 40 years, SC/ST/BC-W – 42 years 

Selection Process : Interview

Pay Scale :-

1. Manager (Engineering) - Rs. 15,600-39,100/- GP – Rs. 66,00/-
2. Assistant Manager (Engineering) - Rs. 9,300-34,800/- GP-Rs. 4,800/
3. Assistant Engineer (Civil) - Rs. 9,300-34,800/- GP-Rs. 4,200/- 

Exam Fee : The Demand Draft should be in favour of Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd payable at Patna of Rs. 500/-.
