Qualification :-

1. For the post of Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-2 level BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Pulp & Paper Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology from a recognized University/ Institute.
2. For the post of Assistant Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-1 level - BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Pulp & Paper Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology from a recognized University/ Institute
3. For the post of Executive (Legal) - Should be a graduate with L.LB. Preference will be given to the candidates having post qualification.

Experience :-

1. Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-2 level - 4 years in Pulp & Paper Industry and/or other similar continuous process industries in operation of continuous digester/continuous cooking plant, washing and screening plant, bleach plant as well as chipper house with DCS control. 
2. Assistant Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-1 level - 3 years in Pulp & Paper Industry and/or other similar continuous process industries in operation of continuous digester/continuous cooking plant, washing and screening plant, bleach plant as well as chipper house with DCS control. 
3. Executive (Legal) - 1 or 2 years.

Age Limit :-

1. Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-2 level - Below 35 years as on 1.5.2014
2. Assistant Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-1 level - Below 30 years as on 1.5.2014
3. Executive (Legal) - Below 30 years as on 1.5.2014

Selection Process : Written Exam, Interview

Pay Scale :-

1. Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-2 level - Rs.20,600-46,500 with Industrial DA.
2. Assistant Shift Superintendent (Chemical)-E-1 level - f Rs.16,400- 40,500 with Industrial DA
3. Executive (Legal) - Rs.16,400- 40,500 with Industrial DA

Exam Fee : Demand Draft / Pay Order for Rs.100/- No fee for SC/ST/PWD
