Pay Scale:-

1. Agricultural Engineer - Rs. 9,300-34,800/- ( PB-2) plus Rs. 4,600/- (Grade Pay). Total emoluments excluding TA and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 34000/- p.m. approximately.
2. Senior Marketing Officer (Group III) (Oils and Fats) - Rs. 15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) plus Rs. 5,400 ( Grade Pay). Total emoluments at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 37800 /- p.m. (approximately) plus TA plus HRA as admissible.
3. Deputy Director of Flying Training - PB-3, Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-. Total emoluments excluding T.A. and H.R.A. at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 59,000/- p.m. approximately.
4. Associate Pharmaceutical Chemist - PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) plus Grade Pay Rs.4800. Total emoluments excluding TA and HRA at the initial appointment will be Rs. 37,900/- p.m. approximately.
5. Investigator Grade-I - Rs. 9,300-34,800/- ( PB-2) plus Rs. 4,600/- (Grade Pay). Total emoluments excluding TA and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs.23,908/-p.m. approximately.
6. Sub-Regional Employment Officer/Officer on Special Duty - Rs. 9,300-34,800 ( PB-2) plus Rs.4,600 (Grade Pay). Total emoluments excluding TA and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 32,566/- p.m. approximately.
7. Deputy Mineral Economist (Intelligence) - Rs. 15,600-39,100/- ( PB-3) plus Rs. 6,600/- (Grade Pay). Total emoluments excluding TA and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 50,700/- p.m. approximately.
8. Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) - PB-3 - Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400.(TE Rs 42000) plus TA and HRA as admissible.
9. Doctor (GDO) GR.II - Rs. 15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) plus Rs. 5400 (GP), NPA not admissible. Total emoluments excluding TA and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 42,000/- p.m. approximately.

Qualification by UPSC:-

1. Agricultural Engineer - Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
2. Senior Marketing Officer (Group III) (Oils and Fats) - Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Agriculture Chemistry/Dairy Chemistry/Dairying
3. Deputy Director of Flying Training - 10 plus 2 with Physics and Mathematics as subjects from a recognized Board or University. Current Commercial Pilot’s License holder
4. Associate Pharmaceutical Chemist - M.Sc Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or Pharmacy of a recognized University or equivalent.
5. Investigator Grade-I - Post Graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent 
6. Sub-Regional Employment Officer/Officer on Special Duty - Master degree Social Welfare or Social Work or Economics or Statistics or Psychology or Commerce or Education of a recognized University or equivalent.
7. Deputy Mineral Economist (Intelligence) - Master’s degree in Geology or Applied Geology or Economics or Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
8. Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) - i) Degree in Telecommunications/ Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communications Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent- IETE (Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers) and AMIE part A and B issued by the Institution of Engineers (India).
9. Doctor (GDO) GR.II - A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.

Experience:-

1. Agricultural Engineer - Two years experience in Testing or development of Agricultural Machinery 
2. Senior Marketing Officer (Group III) (Oils and Fats) - Three years experience in the field of analytical work of organic material
3. Deputy Director of Flying Training - Experience as Pilot-in-Command of 1500 hours. Current Flight Instructor rating with experience in training of abinitio pilots of 500 hours.
4. Associate Pharmaceutical Chemist -  Two years research experience preferably in the field of drugs.
5. Investigator Grade-I - NIL
6. Sub-Regional Employment Officer/Officer on Special Duty - i) Three years experience of Socio-Economic Investigation or Research preferably in relation to demography, Employment ad unemployment or manpower problems.ii) Knowledge of Employment Service work.
7. Deputy Mineral Economist (Intelligence) - Five years experience in a supervisory capacity in resources appraisal market survey and investigation of economic aspect of mineral resources and production and utilization of minerals.
8. Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) - Two years experience in supervisory capacity in the field of radio aids to navigation.
9. Doctor (GDO) GR.II - NIL

Desirable Qualification (s) will get you select in UPSC:-

1. Deputy Director of Flying Training - (i) Degree in Science with Physics and Mathematics as subjects (ii) Instructional experience of twin or multi-engined aeroplanes.
2. Associate Pharmaceutical Chemist - (i) Doctoral degree in the relevant field. (ii) Experience in the method of Drugs Testing and Standardisation with knowledge of modern instrumental method of analysis.
3. Sub-Regional Employment Officer/Officer on Special Duty - Experience of Employment Exchange operations.
4. Deputy Mineral Economist (Intelligence) -  i) Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering/Doctorate Degree in Geology/ Applied Geology /Economics preferably in Mineral Economics from a recognized university or equivalent.ii) Degree in Statistics. iii) Working knowledge of computers with special emphasis on commonly used software in office.
5. Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) - Two years experience in generation, supply and transmission of power with experience in lighting small motors and wiring.
6. Doctor (GDO) GR.II - Passed Matriculation examination with Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject.

Age:- 

1. Agricultural Engineer - Not exceeding 30 years
2. Senior Marketing Officer (Group III) (Oils and Fats) - Not exceeding 35 years
3. Deputy Director of Flying Training - Not exceeding 50 years
4. Associate Pharmaceutical Chemist - Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date.
5. Investigator Grade-I - Not exceeding 30 years as on normal closing date.
6. Sub-Regional Employment Officer/Officer on Special Duty - Not exceeding 33 years for Other Backward Classes candidates
7. Deputy Mineral Economist (Intelligence) - Not exceeding 40 years as on normal closing date.
8. Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) - Not exceeding 35 years
9. Doctor (GDO) GR.II - Not exceeding 38 years for OBC candidates and Not exceeding 40 years for Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribe candidates

Probation:-
