NIOS will hold walk-in-interview to fill up following positions purely on 
contract basis initially for ‘six’ months, which can be extended further. 

Name and Number of postilion and payment:-
  1. Office Assistant 15,000/- p.m. - 1 
  2. Executive Assistant 16,000/- p.m. - 1 
  3. Executive Officer 22,000/- p.m. - 1 
Walki in interview  along with original certificates and complete application on 07-August-2014 for post 1 and 2. For post 3, come on 08-August-2014 at NIOS, Regional Centre, Dharamshala situated at 2 floor, chamunda complex (Near Income Tax Office), Dari Road, Dharamshala, Distt.-Kangra, HP - 176057. Registration of the candidates shall commence from 9 AM to 11 AM on same day.

  4. Assistant Audit Officer - 1
Qualification :
  1. Secretary - Second class Masters degree with 55% marks OR PG Degree/Diploma in Management. 
  2. Director (Vocational Education) - At least second class Master’s Degree with 55% marks or B+
  3. Accounts Officer - Person from various Central Accounts / Audit organizations working on analogous posts with a minimum experience of three years in regular service
  4. Assistant Audit Officer - 5 Years experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government/ Autonomous Organization
Age Limit :
  1. Secretary - Not exceeding 56 years on the closing date
  2. Director (Vocational Education) - preferably below 52 Years
  3. Accounts Officer - Not exceeding 56 years on the closing date
  4. Assistant Audit Officer - Not exceeding 56 years on the closing date
Selection Process : Interview

Pay Scale :-
  1. Secretary - 37400-67000 + G.P 8700 (PB-IV) 
  2. Director (Vocational Education) - Rs 37400-67000 + G.P. 8700. 
  3. Accounts Officer - 15,600-39,100 + G.P 6,600 – (PB-III)
  4. Assistant Audit Officer - 9,300-34,800 + G.P 4,600 – (PB-II)
Exam Fee :-The candidates fulfilling the laid down eligibility criteria may submit their application by post on the prescribed application form along with attested certificates, prescribed application fees and latest passport size photograph to the Joint Director (Admin), National Institute of Open Schooling, A-24/25, Institutional Area, Sector-62, Noida - 201309, U.P. The last date for receiving applications is 19.08.2014 (In case of candidates from North Eastern States/Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti Dists. of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep, the last date for receipt of applications will be 01.09.2014).TApplication Form should be submitted along with a Demand Draft of 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) for Unreserved/OBC category and 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for SC/ST categories in favour of Secretary, National Institute of Open Schooling, Payable at Noida. However, Physically Handicapped categories with a minimum of 40% disability are exempted from payment. The amount shall be accepted in the form of Bank Draft only and fees once paid shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances. On the back side of
the Demand Draft, the candidates are advised to write their name, address and post applied for in capital letters.
