RECRUITMENT OF ENGINEER TRAINEES at WAPCOS Limited

WAPCOS Limited an ‘ISO 9001-2008’ “Mini Ratna-I” Organisation intends
to fill up the posts of Engineer Trainees in following disciplines through GATE.

  1. Unreserved = 20
  2. SC = 06
  3. ST = 03
  4. OBC (NCL) = 11
Post Name : Engineer Trainee (Civil) and Engineer Trainee (Electrical)

Qualification : BE/B.Tech with 65% marks or equivalent in CGPA

Age Limit : Maximum Age limit is 27 years as on 01.07.2014 i.e. candidates born before 01.07.1987 need not apply.

Selection Process : Candidates should have appeared in GATE-2014 in one of the relevant GATE paper

Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-40500/-

Service Agreement Bond: The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organisation for at least four years. The amount of bond is `1,00,000 for GEN/OBC and `50,000 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

  1. Candidates must enclose a copy of GATE Score Card-2014 along with the application failing which application will not be considered. 
  2. Application shall be submitted in the prescribed proforma and post applied to be superscribed on the envelope of the application.
  3. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions may send their CV in the prescribed proforma to Chief (Pers), WAPCOS Limited, Plot No.76-C, Sector-18, Gurgaon-122 015, Haryana within 21 days from the date of release of the advertisement (10.06.2014).
