Name and Number of Posts :
  1. Lecturer in Radiology - 2 posts (1 post 2nd time) (1 post 3rd time)
  2. Assistant Lecturer in Casualty - 1 post 
  3. Assistant Head Occupational Therapist in Orthopaedic Surgery - 1 post
  4. Scientific Officer (Preservation) - 1 post
  5. Executive Engineer (Electrical) - 7 posts (1 resvd for OBC, 1 resvd for PH - i.e. Locomotor Disability or Cerebral Palsy) 
Qualification :
  1. Lecturer in Radiology - A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also full fill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post Graduate degree qualification in the speciality concerned or equivalent. (iii) At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Senior Resident/Registrar/ Tutor/Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi 
  2. Assistant Lecturer in Casualty - (i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Registered for Post-Graduate Degree in concerned speciality. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi. 
  3. Assistant Head Occupational Therapist in Orthopaedic Surgery - (i) Degree or Diploma in Occupational therapy from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. (ii) 3 years practical experience in case of Degree holders, and 6 years practical experience in case of Diploma holders in Occupational Therapy in a recognized Institution/Hospital. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
  4. Scientific Officer (Preservation) - (i) At least Second Class Master’s degree in Chemistry or Physics of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 3 years experience of research or teaching or work in a Govt. Records Office. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Training in modern methods of rehabilitation & preservation of records. (ii) Research on paper ink, leather, examination of documents, use of insecticides and fumigants; practical experience & training in high class binding work in a responsible capacity. (iii) Experience in repair and / or preservation of records in a Government Records Office. (iv) Knowledge of Marathi. Note: Qualifications relaxable at the discretion of the G.P.S.C. in case of candidates otherwise well qualified; in particular the qualifications regarding experience is relaxable in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes for posts reserved for them. 
  5. Executive Engineer (Electrical) - (i) A degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Eight years experience as Electrical Engineer in a responsible post. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of Marathi. Note 1: Qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Goa Public Service Commission in case candidates(s) is otherwise well qualified. Note 2: The Qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Goa Public Service Commission in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection, the Goa Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.  
Age Limit :
  1. Lecturer in Radiology - Not exceeding 45 years.
  2. Assistant Lecturer in Casualty - Not exceeding 42 years.
  3. Assistant Head Occupational Therapist in Orthopaedic Surgery - Not exceeding 42 years.
  4. Scientific Officer (Preservation) - Not exceeding 42 years.
  5. Executive Engineer (Electrical) - Not exceeding 42 years.
Selection Process : Written Test or Interview

Pay Scale :
  1. Lecturer in Radiology - Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600/- 
  2. Assistant Lecturer in Casualty - Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/
  3. Assistant Head Occupational Therapist in Orthopaedic Surgery - Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,600/-
  4. Scientific Officer (Preservation) - Rs.9,300-34,800+4,600/
  5. Executive Engineer (Electrical) -  Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600/
Exam Fee :
  1. Rs 400/- for General Category Candidates
  2. Rs 200/- for SC/ST Physically Handicapped and Ex-serviceman.

The Commission does not take the responsibility of supplying application forms by post.The application form should be accompanied by an Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft for the amount equivalent to the application fee payable to “The Secretary, GOA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION” payable at Panjim.
