Qualification and Experience for work in IIITMK:-
Msc in Agriculture or PG Agriculture in Agricultural Entomology/Plant Pathology/Soil Sciences/ Agronomy from any one of the ICAR recognized Agricultural University.

Preference will given to those candidate who have some experience on content development, preparation of ICT enabled farmer advisory services, crop pest surveillance systems etc.
Selection Process : Interview

Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month (Consolidated)

Qualification and Experience:-

  • First class B.Tech/MCA/MSc with four-five years of solid experience in developing and deployment of Android based applications.
  • For Project Associate 2 Year experience required 

Senior Project Associate Job Description :-
  1. Acting as lead Android developer. 
  2. Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
  3. Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
  4. Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
  5. Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects
  6. Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps 
  7. Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features
  8. Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences
  9. Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort


Senior Project Associate Technical Skill Set Required

  1. Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME) and Android SDK 
  2. Familiar with the Eclipse IDE Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system 
  3. Common Understanding of other compiled languages Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
  4. Experience of development using web technologies Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns 
  5. Good understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax and PHP is preferable 
  6. Experience building web and native apps Experience using social media API integration Ads integration using a 3rd party ad server 
  7. Strong Knowledge with Eclipse
  8. Knowledge in using version control (e.g. SVN) 
  9. Excellent debugging and optimization skills 


Project Associate Skills Required:-
