MOIL Limited is a scheduled `A’ MINI RATNA PSU under Ministry of Steel.
MOIL operates its Manganese Mines (MS & MP State), fulfills 50% of total requirement
of dioxide ore in India. MOIL also has FM Plant & EMD Plant. MOIL is expanding
through its joint venture in India and Abroad.

Qualification :
  1. Chief(Survey)/Dy.Chief(Survey) - Graduate from recognized University. Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying will be preferred. Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (UR) 
  2. Sel. Grd. Mine Foreman(NE-09) - Dip. in Mining and Mine Surveying (exemption from Mine Foreman Certificate of Competency(Unrestricted)
  3. Mine Foreman - 1. SSC 2. Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency(Unrestricted)
Experience:-
  1. Chief(Survey)/Dy.Chief(Survey) - 14 yrs./11 yrs. in Surveying in U/G Mining of which 3 yrs. / 9 yrs. should be in Sr.Mgrl /Mgrl. line.
  2. Sel. Grd. Mine Foreman(NE-09) - 2 yrs.exp. in Supervisory capacity in reputed mining concern after acquiring diploma
  3. Mine Foreman - 6 yrs.exp. in Supervisory capacity in reputed mining concern
Selection Process : Written Test or Interview

 Age Limit:-
  1. Chief(Survey)/Dy.Chief(Survey) - Below 45 yrs. / 40 yrs.(Relaxable as per Govt. Guidelines)
  2. Sel. Grd. Mine Foreman(NE-09) - Upto 40 yrs.(can be relaxed under Govt. guidelines)
  3. Mine Foreman - Upto 35 yrs.(can be relaxed under Govt. guidelines)
Pay Scale :
  1. Chief(Survey)/Dy.Chief(Survey) -  Rs.29100-3%-54500/- (E-04) /Rs.24900-3%-50500/-(E-03) 
  2. Sel. Grd. Mine Foreman(NE-09) - Rs.12200-360-23000/-
  3. Mine Foreman - Rs.11700-340-21900/-
Exam Fee :

  1. Rs.500/- for the post of Dy.Chief(Survey) and Chief(Survey)
  2. Rs.50/- for the post of Sel.Grd.Mine Foreman and Mine Foreman
