The National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune [NCRA] of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research [TIFR] (an autonomous institute under the umbrella of the Department of Atomic Energy of the Government of India) is an internationally reputed research institute. NCRA–TIFR has set up and operates two radio telescopes, viz., the Ooty Radio Telescope (ORT) and the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT). NCRA-TIFR is on the lookout for suitably qualified candidates for the following position tenable at GMRT Observatory, Khodad.Name and Number of Posts :
- Engineer-C (4 Posts) - 2 UR; 1-OBC; 1-UR;
- Engineer-D (1 Posts) - 1 Post UR; HQ: Khodad
Qualification :
BE/Btech, M.E./M.Tech or PhD. (Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation) with minimum 60% marks
Experience:-
- Engineer-C - Minimum 2 years
- Engineer-D - 1 to 2 years
- Engineer-C = Below 28 years for UR and 31 years for OBC
- Engineer-D = Below 35.
Pay Scale :
- Engineer-C = 15600-39100, GP: 5400
- Engineer-D = 15600-39100, GP: 6600
