Eligible and willing candidate must apply through proper channel in prescribed proforma.Cadre controlling authorities are requested to forward applications of eligible and willing
candidates, whose services could be spared on deputation immediately on selection. The
following documents must be enclosed to the names forwarded:
- Applications in prescribed proforma - Annexure II.
- Cadre Clearance Certificate from the Controlling Authority.
- Statement giving details of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the Officer, if any, during the last ten (10) years.
- Vigilance Clearance/ Integrity Certificate.
- Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five (5) years duly attested on each page.
The application complete in all respects of the wiling and eligible applicants may be
forwarded to the undersigned within one month from the date of publication of this circular in the Employment News.
